At Kaai Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new luxury bag isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the bag in its original dust bag and protective packaging to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
